ARCO KC is excited to team up Copaken Brooks on their first new industrial development, Midwest Gateway. The speculative park, located in Edgerton, KS – less than half a mile from the BNSF intermodal facility, will include two buildings totaling 480,000 SF. Construction of the facilities will begin in May and is expected to be ready for occupancy in February.
