ARCO-KC Wins 2016 Concrete Construction Award


ARCO KC is honored to have been named the winner of the 2016 Concrete Construction Awards for low-rise buildings by the Kansas City Chapter of the American Concrete Institute. The structure, which contains a closed loop wind tunnel capable of generating wind speeds up to 175 mph, has been recognized for its exceptional concrete design and construction. Congratulations to the project team whose hard work and dedication made this unique and challenging project a success. The award is being presented on February 1st at the Flit Hills Discovery Center in Manhattan, Kansas.

ARCO-KC Welcomes New Project Coordinator Paula Pearcy


Paula comes to ARCO with a degree from University of Missouri – Kansas City. She has over 17 years of experience and hopes to become a valued asset to the company. In her role as project coordinator, Paula will be responsible for assisting and supporting project managers and superintendents, ensuring that they are prepared, organized, and informed. We are excited to have Paula join the ARCO-KC team!

ARCO-KC Welcomes New Project Manager Scott Brown


Scott comes to ARCO with a degree from the Missouri University of Science & Technology. He started his career working as a geotechnical engineer and over time became his a geotechnical department manager. In his role as project manager, Scott will be responsible for overseeing all construction management responsibilities including scheduling, cost and quality control, subcontractor communications, invoicing, warranties, and final closeout. We are excited to have Scott join the ARCO-KC team!
