Congratulations to the sales and project management team of Cameron Pinzke and Kurt Steinmann! ARCO National Construction Company – KC received a contract for a new Healthcare project in Indianapolis, Indiana. This new assisted living facility will include 55 resident units ranging from studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom floor plans. A memory care unit is also found within this senior living community and offers an additional 30 suites. Stonecrest at Meridian Hills is slated to open in 2017.

ARCO-KC Shareholder Announcement
ARCO National Construction-KC is proud to announce that Vice Presidents, Matt White and Sam Stahnke, have become Principals and Shareholders in the company.
Matt White joined ARCO in 2003 as a Project Manager. He was promoted to Operations Manager in 2015 and Vice President in 2016. Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri S&T as well as a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Missouri State University.
Sam Stahnke joined ARCO in 2007 as a Project Manager. He was promoted to Operations Manager in 2015 and Vice President in 2016. Sam received a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Illinois Wesleyan University, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington University and Master of Science in Construction Management from Washington University.

ARCO-KC Welcomes New Project Manager Schyler Rohleder
Schyler joined ARCO-KC this summer, after obtaining his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University. Throughout his education, past job opportunities, and internships, he has developed experience in structural and civil engineering as well as carpentry. In his role as project manager Schyler will be responsible for overseeing all construction management responsibilties including scheduling, cost and quality control, subcontractor communications, invoicing, warranties, and final closeout. We are excited to have Schyler join the ARCO-KC team!
Brian Benjamin Joins ARCO-KC as New Project Manager
Brian is one of ARCO-KC’s most recent hires. He comes to us with an 8-year record of success in overseeing all phases of multi-million-dollar construction projects for both government and private-sector clients. Having constructed a wide variety of construction types, Brian comes with a background in managing the development of federal and defense projects, healthcare and higher education facilities, and multi-family/residential projects. Brain has a proven history of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to client expectations. Brian obtained his degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and was ranked in the top 10% in his graduating class. Brian is a welcome addition to the KC project management team!
